We have launched a new initiative to achieve the highest level of patient experience and satisfaction. We are partnering with the Johns Hopkins Patient Engagement Program (PEP) to support you in your work and help us be leaders in excellent patient experience.
One part of our initiative is training, including the Johns Hopkins Patient Engagement Program (PEP) e-learning curriculum. There are two courses to complete. The first course includes 10 modules, each taking about 10 minutes to complete. The second course is one module that takes about 20 minutes to complete. You will get a certificate for completing the training.
